Oberhof Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Vert an eradicated fir Argent, at sinister Or above a stag salient Sable issuant from sinister flanch and beneath seven barrulets wavy Sable.
The charges probably are referring to nature in the Thüringer Wald, a forest, the riches of water, the riches of deer and the hunting lodge of Duke Ernst I of Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha, built in 1830.
