Fredenbeck Coat of Arms

Shield quartered, in 1st quarter Gules to gable shelves Or ending in horseheads, in 2nd and 3rd quarter Azure a bendlet sinister wavy Argent, in 4th quarter Gules an oak leaf Or accompanied by an acorn Or, over all in heart point a gunstone (i.e. a disc Sable) charged with a watermill's wheel Or.
Meaning:
The bendlet wavy is representing little Schwinge River and numerous local creeks. The shelves as tops of Lower Saxonian farmhouses are symbolising the rural character. Oak and acorn are symbolising local groves and marshes.

Kutenholz Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, issuant from base a triplemount Gules charged with an eradicated oak Argent fruited Or, in chief four wheat ears Or ordered per fan.
Meaning:
The ears are symbolising the importance of agriculture. Their number is representing the four villages forming Kutenholz. The position in fan is symbolising their connection in one municipality. The blue colour is representing Mulsum village. The oak is representing Kutenholz proper. Finally the tripelemount is representing Welle village and symbolising the location of Kutenholz in the Stade moraine.
