Obermarchtal Coat of Arms

Shield Or; a key and a sword in saltire, both Or; in chief a 6-point star Or, issuant from base a triplemount Vert
Meaning:
The arms are those of the Imperial Abbey of Marchtal. Key and sword are the attributes of St. Peter and St. Paul, patron saints of the abbey. Star and triplemount are just distinguishing marks.
