Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, composed of three horizontal, equal stripes, the upper, white, the central, red, and the lower, yellow.

The coat of arms of Villarejo-Periesteban is prescribed by an Order issued on 13 March 1998 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 27 March 1998 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 15 p. 2,321 (text).
The coat of arms is described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per fess, 1a. Argent a Cross of Saint James gules, 1b. Gules a Papal cross or, 2. Vert a chevron reverted argent a garb of three spikes or. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
