Introduction

The movie Equilibrium mainly takes place in a fictional 'future' country named 'Libria'. A totalitarian state where war & hatred are a thing of the past and 'feeling' is a crime punishable by death. The state controls its population via the use of a drug called 'prozium' which subdues human emotions.

This movie, AKA Cubic & Librium is from 2002. More can be read on the Internet Movie Database.

On this image (an actual screen capture from the movie), the flag is shown quite well.
