F.C.G.-S.D.: Fórum Cívico Guineense - Social Democracia
(Guinean Civic Forum - Social Democracy) is a very small party, led by
Antonieta Rosa Gomes; it run for several elections in the 2000ies with
small and decreasing success.

The flag of F.C.G.-S.D. is shown in one of the
ballot papers reported (Bissau-28, #5). It is a
white flag with the party emblem centered on it, but
missing its outer rim with lettering, it replaced by small
black-white-black edging. The flag ratio is roughly 5:7 as most
others’ in the ballot papers are.

The emblem is seal like with the mentioned outer
white rim with lettering reading the name of the party in black capitals
and inside divided light blue over dark red, the latter less than half
(suggesting a flat verdant landscape) and over all a scales in black
lining with white pans, with a small peace dove centered between the
pans.
