Presentation of Feričanci

The municipality of Feričanci (2,418 inhabitants in 2001, 1,854 in the village of Feričanci proper) is located about 50 km west of Osijek.
Feričanci is situated on the northern slopes of Krdnija Mount, part of the Central-Slavonian mountains surrounding Požega, known for excellent wine production.
Until 1997, Feričanci was part of the Požega-Slavonia County.

Flag of Feričanci

The symbols of Feričanci were designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company, from Rijeka, and approved by the Ministry of Administration / Central State Office for Administration before 2006.

The flag (photo, photo) is in proportions 1:2, light blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

The ceremonial flag (photo, photo) is a blue gonfalon with three triangularly ending tails with tassels, the coat of arms in the centre, the name of the municipality above and corn stalks below.
