The coat of arms of Biskupija was designed by the Heraldic Art d.o.o. company from Rijeka.

The coat of arms is "Gules a wooden shepherd's crook argent issuant from the base".
The pastoral staff is a simple form of a crozier, as a symbol of bishop's office, referring to the name of the community, meaning "diocese", as it was the former see of the Bishops of Knin, from the 11th to the 17th century. Until the 14th century, the bishops, titles Bishops of Croatia, exerted jurisdiction over all the lands from river Drava river to the seashore.
