The flag of the International University of the Caribbean appears to consist solely of the university’s official seal on the left of the flag, and the university’s name to the right of the seal on a solid white background. Image obtained from www.facebook.com/iucjamaica

I found the flag of
Northern Caribbean University at <president.ncu.edu.jm>. Northern
Caribbean University is located in Mandeville, in Mancheste Parish. The
university is a Seventh-Day Adventist institution and is a member of the World
Federation of SDA Universities. The university history states that the
institution dates from 1919, but the logo indicates that it celebrated its
centenary in 2007. The logo can be seen at www.ncu.ed.jm and consists of
a US style scholastic acronym in stylized blue block lettering
with each letter edged in gold; the letter C is stretched. The
number 100 is inscribed to the left of the acronym, it is written
in large golden numerals. There is a long blue ribbon with a
tripartite fold and with forked ends; the university motto,
''Reflecting . . . Repositioning' is written in gold upper and
lower case script and is inscribed beneath the acronym, while the
dates 1907-2007 are likewise written in gold and are inscribed
under the numerals.

The flag is a blue/yellow diagonal with the school arms in
bronze in the center.
