The flag of the city of Nikaho is blueish with mark.

The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Oct 1st 2005 by Notice No 1. The light blue flag has a blue, a green and an orange three color city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized hiragana に Ni of Nikaho. It represents an image of the people in abundant natural circumstances who strongly bounds to the future and a dreamful, a rich and a vital city.
The flag proportion is 2:3. The length (not height) of the emblem is 4/9 of the length of the flag.
Nozomi Kariyasu, 24 September 2014

Following the specifications available on the city website, I modified the current flag we have here. The background color of the flag is DIC 576, but only at 25% opacity.
