The Flag

The flag of the village of Morotsuka is maroon with mark.

The village emblem was adopted on Dec 25th 1973 but there is no flag law. The maroon flag has a white village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized hiragana も Mo of Morotsuka. It represents a reconciliation of the village, a wisdom, actions, an unlimited development of the industrial culture and the everlasting peace.
