The city emblem was adopted on Mar 13th 2006 by Notice No 2 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue, a light blue and a white three color city emblem in the center. The light blue color stands for a clear sky, the blue color for welled up water and sea of abunbance, the three white waves for a reconciliation of the former one city and two towns and the crane flying gracefully in a giant sky for the city which makes a leap forward and developes.
