The Flag

The flags of Toshima village is yellowish (?) with symbol.
Tomislav Šipek, 27 March 2013

The village emblem was adopted on Dec 9th 1980 by Notice No 69 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a red and a black village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a combination of stylized kanji 十 To of Toshima in the upper part and a shape of the island village in the lower part. The circle stands for a firm solidarity of the villagers and the red color for villagersí passion for the future.
Toshima village general affairs section confirmed today the color of the official flag is a white but not beige. I think Tomislavís image was made based on the old flag with the color changed.
Please change the color of the flag to white.
