Located in Hamamatsu City Shizuoka Prefecture and established in 1974. The Embroidered ceremonial flag has blue background with a gold and silver emblem in the center and gold fringe. In May 1975, the school emblem was designed based on the work of a current student, Yoko Imamura, and was approved as the school emblem at a faculty meeting. On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the university's opening, the name was changed to the "university emblem" and adopted in July 2014. It expresses Mt.
