Located in Kobe City Hyogo Prefecture and established in 1966.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has navy blue background with a gold and silver university emblem and vertically written in gold kanji university name with gold fringe.
The university emblem is designed with a mirror, chrysanthemum, and hollyhock. The "mirror" in the center represents the soul of a girl, a pure heart. The "chrysanthemum" is a symbol of a woman's spirit and will to overcome difficulties with her fragrant beauty. The "hollyhock" is the family crest of the university's founder.
