Located in Daito City Osaka Prefecture and established in 2004. The embroidered ceremonial flag has reddish yellow background with a red and gold university emblem in gold fringe. The university flag has white background with a red and gold emblem in the center. The university emblem is a design of a flower blooming in three leaves. This leaf is a leaf of camphor tree which is a symbol of Shijonawate and a tree of the university. The number of three leaves represents "students, teachers, and parents" and "moral education, intellectual education, and physical education" which is the educational philosophy of the university. And in the midst of it, a chrysanthemum flower, symbolizing beauty and noble character, is placed as if protected by three leaves. It expresses the university's desire to nurture people who value the relationship between students, teachers, and parents, who have a good balance of virtue, knowledge, and body, and who are courteous and respectful in character.
