Located in Kurayoshi City Tottori Prefecture and established in 2015. The college flag has blue background with a white emblem. The college emblem was designed from the constellation Cygnus (Cygnus Cygnus). It means to acquire a wide range of education and to be a shining light in society, just like the constellation Cygnus. It was designed by Dr. Toshima Araki, an astronomer, professor emeritus at Kyoto University, and the first president of Kyoto Sangyo University.
