From the recently launched FB page of the Nonouti Island council we get what
seems to be a flag:
https://www.facebook.com/photo.
In 2022 I found a document from the
council with a "flag" similar to this one, without the Kiribati national flag
and a different arrangement of the stars and the bird.
Is it official? Time
will tell.
