Introduction

The website at https://tiermaker.com/create/asian-capital-flags has a list of flags for Asian capitals including this of Pyongyang which is yellow on white bedsheet. But this doesn't yet constitute a proof of existence.

I found this Reddit post from what appears to be a dead link now: https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/n8f5ki/flags_of_north_korea/
It shows the same yellow on white emblem. The Nampo symbol might not be official; but it is common throughout the city. And even though the Juche Tower is a symbol of Pyongyang (and of course, is seen on train station signage; etc, I guess it really can't be confirmed).

The emblem of Pyongyang depicts the Juche Tower in a yellow ring.
It was first seen on an official touristic guide, published by the people's government.

The Youth Association flag is blue and depicts a semicircle with the Ulmil Pavilion over it, a symbol of the city. Underneath is Pyongyang City Youth in gold Korean letters.

The Pyongyang Citizens' Association flag is red and depicts a semicircle with the Ulmi Pavilion over it, symbol of the city. Underneath is Pyongyang City Citizens in gold Korean letters.
