The Letter in a center of the mark stands for the initial letter of Poun in Korean and the 11 teethed wheels in the outside of the mark stand for subdivisions of Poun county, 11 myon developing strongly with cooperation The color of the Background, dark blue stands for vitality, golden yellow peace, and the color of the letter, silver gray stands for bright temper of our county Poun people.
