Blazon: I grønt to adosserte sølv tømmerklaver. In English. Vert two forestry calipers adorsed argent.
Approved by the royal resolution of 10 March 1989
The municipal web site at http://www.flesberg.kommune.no/tjenester/kultur_idrett_og_fritid explains that calipers are measuring tools for dimensions in forestry industry, and it was chosen for the link of municipality with the woods and forestry. Of course, the calipers also remind to the initial F for Flesberg.
