Blazon: I blått tre opprette sølv spisser. In English: Azure three piles issuant from base argent.
Approved by the royal resolution 4 November 1983 after a drawings by Jarle Skuseth. [c2j87]
The design stands for three mountains: Vengetindane, Trilltindane and Romsdalshorn. As the design is relatively often used in heraldry, the colours were chosen to differentiate from other similar arms in use - say [c2j87]
