Mangal Bagh, de-facto leader of Lashkar-e-Islam (LI) has established a tribe-based militia, which has successfully wrested control of the area from criminal networks and the central government of Pakistan and has gained control of approximately three quarters of Pakistan’s Khyber Agency within two years since 2006. Bagh claims being Taliban but also being an enemy of foreign mercenaries of Al-Qaida.

It is a black flag of unknown ratio with a white Arabic inscription, probably the name of the organization.
