The arms are Vert a vixen Argent garnished Sable with eye Gules and two sheaves of rice Or tied Gules all set in one and two, basewavy of Azure and Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading "RAPOSA - ALMEIRIM" in black upper case letters.
Meaning:
"Raposa" means "vixen", so the arms are canting.

Raposa Commune is one of the four communes of Almeirim Municipality (q.v.); it had 548 inhabitants in 2011 covering 65,42 km².
