Coat of arms

[Braga (São Vicente) commune CoA] image by Sérgio Horta,27 Sep 2017

Shield Argent, two crows respectant Sable with their eyes Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "BRAGA - S. VICENTE".
Meaning:
The crows are a reference to the eponymous Saint Vincent of Saragossa, these being thus canting arms. While Sérgio Horta's crows are clearly statant, with their paws on level ground, the official rendition shows the birds slightly askew, as if going from statant to rampant; the scroll, of the most often type in Sérgio Horta's image (the right choice in absence of better info), turns out to be of the short toponym type, as introduced by heraldrist Bénard Guedes in the 1980s.
