Shield Purpure, an olive tree eradicated Argent fruited Sable, in chief a count's coronet Or gemmed Gules and Vert. Mural crown argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "OLIVEIRA DO CONDE".
"Oliveira do Conde" means "Olive tree of the Count". The arms are canting with the tree representing "oliveira " and the coronet, referring to Count (Port.: conde) Fernão Peres de Trava (~1100~1161), representing its bearer.

Oliveira do Conde Commune is one of the five communes of Carregal do Sal Municipality (q.v.); it had 3122 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 35.2 km².
