Bay-Tayginsky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the west of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Teeli.

The flag is a banner of arms, describes as follows:

In the azure field a high green mountain with two peaks, each with three visible tongues of a silver glacier, the right of which is flat and higher, and the left is pointed; under the peaks - a woman, also silver, in festive Tuvan attire, including a pointed hat with a lapel and ribbons, a belted robe and boots, riding a silver horse with a head crowned with deer horns; the harness of the horse is also silver .
