Kyzylsky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the center of the republic. Its administrative center is the urban locality of Kaa-Khem.

The flag of the region is a banner of arms, described as:

In a green field under an azure dome, burdened with a green mountain, bordered with silver and with a silver glacier on top, there is a golden standing yak.
