Description of the flag:

The flag, having a ratio of width and length equal to 2: 3, is vertically divided into three stripes: green, white and azure colors in a ratio of 1: 1: 2. The right, dominant strip reproduces the color of the shield (azure), which is the main territorial color of the Tyumentsevsky district. The blue color itself, in addition, is a symbol of fame, honor, fidelity, devotion, beauty and virtue. In Christian symbolism, it is a symbol of infinity and eternal youth. The middle, white stripe reproduces the color of the white rearing horse, as well as its location in the coat of arms (in the center) and personifies the bright thoughts of modern residents of the region. The left green stripe with two branches of tobacco located vertically on it is a symbol of the natural and historical wealth of the region. Generally, the proposed composition of three color stripes can be interpreted as a combination of a rich past worthy of the present and sincere faith in a cloudless future. The image of the golden branches of tobacco is the "graphic name" of the district, directly indicating its name - Tyumentsevsky. "

The rayon has 14 Village Councils: Andronovskiy, Berezovskiy, Vylkovskiy, Gryaznovskiy, Zavodskoy, Klyuchevskoy, Korolevskiy, Mezentsevskiy, Novokarpovskiy, Tyumentsevskiy, Uryvskiy, Cheremshanskiy, Sharchinskiy, and Yudikhinskiy village council. Vylkovskiy (Village of Vylkovo) has coat of arms and flag.

Description of the coat of arms:

Heraldic description:
In the azure (blue) field - a silver rearing horse with scarlet eyes and black hooves, standing on a green arched base. Above it are two golden twigs of tobacco of three leaves .

Symbolism Explanation:
Two branches of tobacco on the emblem are a "talking" element, because they talk about the two Tyumentsev brothers (Tyumen, tyutyun-coarse tobacco. Probably, the basis of the surname is a smoker or seller of tobacco), who founded the Tyumentsevo settlement in 1763. And they talk about the knowledge and respect of the "Arms Owner" of their history. On the shield of the French form adopted in the Russian municipal heraldry, a silver reared horse is depicted. Being the basis of the stamp, he talks about the pride of the Tyumentsevsky district - the stud farm, which is the hallmark of the district. Red eyes symbolize clarity of purpose, determination. The black hooves of the horse symbolize the sorrow for all those who died in difficult years, of which there were many in the history of the region. The green field on which the horse stands symbolizes the natural wealth of the area. light blue - a symbol of beauty, grandeur and impeccability; green is a symbol of abundance, freedom; silver is a symbol of nobility, purity, peace; gold is a symbol of wealth, justice, generosity.
