Description of the flag

The flag of Yukamensky district was found at http://ukam-gazeta.ru/news/media/2016/2/26/itogovaya-konferentsiya-rabotnikov-kulturyi/. It is red with a white cloud overlain by a red 8-pointed star, and from which golden drops are splashing into a white well in the center.
