Presentation of World Social Reformation and World Revolution

The one-man crank project "World Social Reformation and World Revolution", according to its exhaustive manifesto / constitution (text), was apparently scheduled for 2006. The website owner, one Tomaž Petauer, claims to be acting under his own authority as a representative of "cosmic order", and his doctrine appears to be paranoid and vaguely Scientological.

Flag of World Social Reformation and World Revolution

Like many other such undertakings, this one comes with a flag; unlike most of them, at least one example was actually manufactured in the cloth and can be seen flying in photos at the bottom of the page. Apparently it was first unveiled on 1 March 2006, off the balcony of an apartment block in Ljubljana. Unfortunately it has failed to incite the masses in support of the "World Social Reformation", causing an apparently annoyed Mr Petauer to in early 2007 declare a "World Revolutionary Terror".

Co-reformationists are encouraged to make and display their own flags, which is prescribed in Article 6 of the "Fundamental World Constitution":

Article 6. (Symbols)
(1) The emblem of the harmonistic organization, the Reformation or Revolution is a yellow sun with triangular spikes, which represent rays, its lower half surrounded by green branches with 7 leaves. In an improvised black and white form the rays can be illustrated by dashes, and the branches simplified.
(2) The flag is light blue with the emblem from the first sentence of the first paragraph in the middle, of a diameter of two thirds of the width of the flag. The ratio between the width and length of the flag is 1: 2. In patches this relationship may also be different. In prints the relationship may be in accordance with technical standards concerning the display of flags.
(3) In the left (inner) upper corner of the flag, a flag or coat of arms of a state or nation or symbol of another group that does not work against harmonism and Reformation can be placed; if such antagonism is there an accepted practice, then a symbol of dissent to those States or groups may be used. This symbol may not reach the Reformation / harmonistic emblem. Banned symbols are contrary to the 66th Article.
(4) Written symbols are "WSR" (World Social Reformation), "WR' (World Revolution) and the corresponding symbols in national languages.
(5) These symbols may not be copyright-protected for other purposes; if they were copyrighted before publication of the Constitution, they may be used for both purposes.
(6) Other symbols and mottoes of the Reformation or revolution may be used only in accordance with the Global Constitutional Law on the suppression of enforcementism.
(7) 1. March is celebrated as the World Social Reformation Day or Day of the World Revolution.
