Draft constitution (not confirmed by RSFSR) of 1924 (version of 1926) said -
flag is the same as RSFSR, but with text “Kirgiz Socialist Soviet Republic
Russian Federation” in Kirgiz (Kazakh) and Russian.
For unknown reason Vexillographia.ru is completely silent on the 1926 matter. Here Janis found a drawing of the flag (but different from constitution).
Janis' guess is that 1930-1937 there could be similar flag with Latin script, but he found zero information.

Unconfirmed reconstruction of the possible flag
image by Valeriy Koba, 14 January 2021
This reconstruction was made by me for "Vexillographia" web-site,
The only source was the photo of small badge for members of the government (4 letters on the pin - abbreviation of the government - "Kazakh Central Executive Committee").
Nobody knows if that flag really existed or the design was made especially for the pin. Photos of real flags (this design) and documents are unknown.

Red with in the upper hoist yellow name in san serif
in both Latin (Qazaq SSR) and Cyrillic (Kazachskaja SSR).
Yellow hammer and sickle above.
Mark Sensen, 25 May 1996
Red with in the upper part yellow name in script
font in Cyrillic [Kazakh] (K,azak, SSR) and Cyrillic
[Russian] (Kazachskaja SSR). Big yellow hammer and
sickle on the hoist.
Mark Sensen, 02 June 1996
The Kazakh inscription contains (twice) the special letter
ka with “hook”: "Казаӄ
ССР", which is different from the normal,
“hook”-less, Cyrillic ka.

This flag was replaced by a new one
in 24 Jan 1953.
