The Ewe are a ethnic group.  It is reported in "Nations Without States" [mij96] that Togoland, together with the Volta Province of Ghana, Mono Province of Benin and the Prefectures of Des Plateaux and Maritime of Togo is claimed by the Ewe peoples.

The flag used by the Ewe comprises three equal horizontal stripes of green, red and green, with three yellow five pointed stars placed on the red stripe.
