From the 1979 Flag Act:

Section 8. Flags for the Royal Mother [Princess Mother] of the King are: (1) the Thong Baromrajawong Yai is square shape, with 2 parts width and 3 parts length and yellow field. The furthest end of the flag is cut into swallow-tail shape with the depth of the cut being of 1 in 3 parts ratio to the length of the flag. In the middle of the hoist part of the flag, a charge of deep blue colour square with the dimension of half the width of the flag occupies the space for the 2 out of 3 parts of the flag. Within the deep blue colour square depicts the Kattiya Rajanaree Crown atop a two tier pedestal, with the top tier being smaller than the bottom, above a square tabouret, flanked by five tiered lotus shaped Royal Umbrellas on tabourets. These charges are in dark yellow.

This flag was adopted in 1979 and was in used for Princess Srinagarindra until her death in 1995. After her death, this flag was used in her March 1996 cremation and never used publicly again. However, this flag is still able to be issued according to an 2019 announcement by the Bureau of the Royal Household.

From the 1979 Flag Act:

Section 8. Flags for the Royal Mother [Princess Mother] of the King are: (2) the Thong Baromrajawong Noi is divided, length-wise, into two parts. The hoist part is of the same shape and colour as the Thong Baromrajawong Yai but its width is no more than 60 centimetres. The fly part is a continuous red cloth strip modified into the shape of a long and slim flag, with the furthest end of the flag being of half the size of hoist part of the flag. The furthest end of the flag is cut into swallow-tail shape with the depth of the cut being of 3 in 8 parts ratio to the length of the flag. The length of the flag is 8 times the width of the hoist of the flag. This flag, if hoisted instead of the Thong Baromrajawong Yai, means it would please Her Royal Highness for the gun-salute to be refrained.

This pennant was adopted in 1979 and was in used for Princess Srinagarindra until her death in 1995. After her death, this flag was never on display again.
