Description of the Flag

According to the provincial website, the flag of Mukdahan is grey with the provincial seal in the middle (including the name of the province on a yellow label). The flag has a red border on three sides (not at the hoist).

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Mukdahan was dark blue with the provincial seal in the middle.
