Metroplex Health System is the primary healthcare provider for the counties of West Bell, Coryell, and Lampasas in Texas. The flag of Metroplex Health System can be seen in photographs online, especially at

The flag features the corporate logo centered on a white field. The logo consists of a green stylized capital "M" toward the hoist. The "M" is topped by two dots, giving the appearance of two people holding hands. The name of the entity stretches toward the fly in blue capital letters. Below a thin green line are the words "SCOTT & WHITE HEALTHCARE" in smaller, black, capital letters, denoting one of Metroplex's primary partners in the area.
