Description of the flag

A white (or maybe light blue) flag with a seal at the center. The seal shows the Rollstone Boulder and is surrounded by a red-bordered grey ring containing the town and state name and date of incorporation. The town name and date are written in large red letters above and below the seal. Fitchburg is in Worcester County.
