Description of the flag

Raynham is in Bristol County, southeastern Massachusetts. The flag is white with the town seal bearing an illustration of the iron works surrounded by the text SITE OF THE FIRST IRON WORKS IN AMERICA 1652, and in the outer ring the town and state name and date of incorporation.
