Description of the flag

The flag is dark blue with the seal centered. The seal is a white disk with a scene of a paved road receding into the distance toward a sunset behind some mountains, with a coniferous tree on either side of the road. Around the edge is written TOWN OF LONG VIEW N C and 1907.
