The current flag depicts a logo first adopted in 2002 (based on its webpage). An image of its flag can be seen at https://www.roi-nj.com/2024/12/20/politics/nick-mammano-named-president-and-ceo-of-the-new-jersey-sports-exposition-authority. It depicts, over a white field, its logo which is: a blue oval outlined in black, having in its center red with a white line cutting across it. Cutting across the blue oval is another white line, ending in a star to the left. Over this, the text "NJSEA" is read in white with silver details, outlined in black. At the bottom, a curved black rectangle reads "EXPOSITION AUTHORITY" in white; in the same way, "NEW JERSEY SPORTS &" is read above. All details are outlined in silver.

At eBay (https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/-5EAAOSwU3Zm-I9K/s-l1600.webp), we can see an image of a New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority flag, to be used at the opening of the Giants Stadium on October 10, 1976. It is unclear when the flag stopped being used.

The flag consists of two vertical bands: a yellow one (left) taking approximately 2/3 of the flag's length and a blue one (right) taking up 1/3 of the flag's length. The original emblem of the authority was centered upon the yellow field, taking about 3/4 of its height. It was composed of four black outlines, reading "NEW JERSEY SPORTS & EXPOSITION AUTHORITY" in its outer ring. The center depicted the emblem of the state in black and white; the background being entirely in yellow. The blue band depicted four yellow circles, being connected by a rectangle (though the rectangle can barely be seen); these circles are closer to the end of the flag, each depicting an image in white details. From top to bottom: a dolphin; a seahorse; a turtle (?), and a horse. Although all are fauna (not generally related to sports), the last two are official state symbols.
