The logo (and presumably the flag) was adopted back in 2018 as part of a city
rebranding. The logo is designed in a way to resemble the city's initials (U.H,)
Its also designed to look like the street map of the neighborhood of Idlewood
Village, which was what the city was known as prior to incorporation. The colors
of the logo are meant to represent the city's mosaics found on the city's
churches and institutions.
