The seal is made of a gradient disk of grey and white. The disk is split into four sections. The first depicts a red barn with a windmill. The second section shows a single family house. The third depicts a miner rolling a mining card through a mine. The fourth section shows an airport with a large passenger aircraft taking off. In the center is a silver compass. The disk is surrounded by a golden laurel wreath.
