This "flag" is a single-purpose banner designed by the county for the bicentennial anniversary of Tennessee statehood in 1996. It was used for this one purpose only, and the only example exists in the collections of the
Tennessee State Museum.

It is diagonally divided green over dark blue by a yellow rising diagonal, overlain by a green shamrock leaf, edged white.
