Description of the Flag

The flag of the City of Hooper, Utah, has following description: "Our flag has our logo in the middle of the flag, which I will attach, and the flag has a blue stripe on the top and and green stripe on the bottom. We had some flags made up when we first became a city (In 2000)". Information thanks to Judy from the City Administration.

The City:
"Hooper is a city in Weber County, Utah, United States, first called Muskrat Springs and later Hooperville for Captain William H. Hooper, an early Utah delegate to Congress. The population was 3,926 at the 2000 census. Previous to the city's incorporation on November 30, 2000, Hooper was an unincorporated census-designated place (CDP)." - from Wikipedia:,_Utah
