The NPC is an association of journalists. It often provides a forum for speeches by public figures, at which occasion their flag is usually visible: dark blue with golden seal in middle and fringe.

Its flag is a navy blue horizontal flag with the logo ( in yellow and blue, as seen here: (source: Twitter account of the Italian Embassy in the United States @ItalyinUS ( However, there seems to be a variant pennant/gonfalon, seen in the background of the same picture, featuring this version ( of the logo.
