Estb: 1915. Location: Detroit, MI.
Burgee: Pennant 2:4 (web image). Blue field charged a red arrow with head at the fly point and nock forming an isosceles triangle based on hoist, triangle charged with a white capital letter B. Blue field charged with a white capital letter Y parallel to the upper arm of the triangle and a white capital letter C parallel to the lower arm.

The Club was founded "With four men - Floyd Nixon, Lloyd Kurtzwarth, Perc Williamson and Paul Dietrich - who were looking for a place to fish and have fun on the water. They established Bayview in a corrugated-iron shack, on a dock about a mile downstream of the present location."
