The FUS or Federación Uruguaya de la Salud (Uruguayan Federation of Health) is a trade union of people who are not doctors, but work for health and hospitals in Uruguay.

The flag used by the FUS is a red flag (sometimes square, sometimes rectangular) with the acronym of the group (FUS) in white letters. The text appear twice in a vertical and horizontal way with a common letter U. In this way a kind of cross is formed. Obviously the flag is inspired by the Red Cross Flag, just inverting the colors and changing the cross for the acronym in a cross like configuration.

As the trade union FUS is member of the PIT-CNT federation of trade unions, the acronym of that group appear too.
