The flag's story is at: https://sursantiago.com.ar/noticias/2019/11/17/premiaron-a-la-creadora-de-la-bandera-de-tintina.
The creator of the Tintina flag is Paola Santillán, a renowned artist from the city.
As part of the celebrations for the 115th anniversary of the city of Tintina, the Culture Secretariat, dependent on the Municipality, organized a contest through which the flag that will represent the community was chosen.
The flag is made up of a quebracho tree, represented in the form of a fingerprint as a symbol of identity.
Furthermore, the stem and brown roots in the shape of a treble clef
represent music, an undeniable value among the city's youth.
Finally,
the rings of the Olympic flag surround the treble clef, alluding to the
recreational and sporting activities that have given so much satisfaction to
 the people of Tintina.
