There is a variety of scouting organizations in Bahrain. The Boy Scouts of Bahrain (كشافة البحرين which translates as "Bahrain Scouts") was founded in 1953, and is today the largest national Scouting organization of Bahrain. It has been a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement since 1970. The next largest is probably "British Scouting Overseas" which oversees their "3rd Bahrain (British Club)" in the capitol. Other scouting groups active are the Bahrain Sea Scouts, the Girl Guides of Bahrain, and the Bahrain Scouts & Guides Fellowship, to name a few.
To directly quote a couple:

"British Scouting Overseas (BSO) is a part of the UK Scout Association with headquarters in Gilwell Park, London. BSO members have access to the same resources, support and programme as UK based scout groups. BSO exists to support British families living overseas in the provision of a UK scouting programme to expatriate British children and to several British Overseas Territories." - British Scouting Overseas

"Bahrain Scouts' Message: Work to prepare boys and youth educationally and develop their sense of duty towards God, then the homeland and the King, and prepare them to be good citizens. (رسالة كشافة البحرين: العمل على اعداد الفتية والشباب اعداداً تربوياً وانماء شعورهم بواجبهم نحو الله ثم الوطن والملك وتهيئتهم ليكونوا مواطنين صالحين) - Bahrain Scouts

A short article in the Bahrain News titled "Scouting for a Good Time" (Sat, 22 Oct 2022) featured children from different backgrounds and nationalities (including South African, Brazilian, Bahraini, Indian and British), learning about maritime life while in the Third Bahrain Sea Scouts (ages 10 to 14).
