The flag is white with the logo centered over the words "Ville de Mont-Saint-Hilaire" in black. The logo is composed of 2 mountain peaks (symbolising Mount Saint-Hilaire) behind which is a sun (symbolising the peculiar weather of the mountain) below which is a blue area (symbolising the Richelieu river) overall the elements are placed in front of an apple outline symbolising the primary economical industry of the town (orchards).

Mont-Saint-Hilaire is in the Monteregie administrative region of the province of Quebec.
